In usual expression, relaxation suggests that we relieve ourselves of strain. Relaxed mind could indicate that the mind is not under pressure or energetic. In today’s livelihood, this seems hard. Isn’t it? Now a days, most of us think to be undergoing stress all through majority of the week and settle down just on the weekends. This is thought of as the usual style of life. Is this the right method of existence? Is having a peaceful life all the time not our freedom? Lets salvage it.

Dreadful stress -

Considering you ask anyone that why is he/she feeling tension all through the week, what answer do you look forward to get? I have a lot of duties to complete, targets to achieve, job to be fulfilled, get ready for the new initiative etc. Do you not consider that something resembling this will be the reply?

Lets discuss why most are worried majority of the time. At a particular duration in our living, when were chasing the dreams we lose our practice of sitting back & thinking. We commence providing mechanical replies. If we are caught in a traffic obstruction, our response is – either to fret with respect to the job in front, or charge the arrangement or any other negative thinking. Not majority of us imagine – All good. If the traffic is jammed, let me unwind, pay attention to various good music, or go back to some childhood memories, remember good friends, let me make the most excellent utilization of the time to rest and enjoy existence. Not most of us react in this method. We react in hassled way whenever we come across any akin situation. This inclination is causing a huge effect on our quality of life.

Tension – A means of livelihood.

We have imbibed worry as a means of existence. Hardly any of us think over why trying to work at such a frenzied rate & if in due course, we are going to depart from this world with a lot of incomplete duties, why not at least work in a stress-free means? What is the use of working so much , if we eradicate all the happiness. In search of a enhanced future, we slay the present. Is it not?

Worried work atmosphere, worried family life, no time to simply walk around doing nothing but gaze at the nature…Why? Its as if we desire to accomplish most in the smallest possible time and therefore have no time to unwind Working without rest throughout the week is a means of existence for a large majority. The rise in the number of cardiac attacks, misery etc, are all the outcomes of this strained lifestyle. When we get hassled, we look around for the most recent stress busters, latest therapies, etc. to oppose the stress.

Also by the time the week gets over, we again go out somewhere to unwind. At times holidays also tire, don’t they?

Why not lead a hassle-free life throughout the week? Why not work in a peaceful shape of mind? Why get stressed? Reflection about our own life is very critical if we want to reclaim our privilege to survive calmly. Will it help, if we bring some stunning sights of scenery on our computers? Will it help, if we take time to watch a butterfly flying on our screens? The magnificence of a colorful flower. Can it make us little peaceful?
